Privacy Policy

1Overview

This page explains what kibbu collects when you visit kibbu.io or join the waitlist, and what happens to it afterward. It applies to this website only, not to the kibbu product itself, which is not yet generally available.

2What We Collect

• Your email address, if you submit it through the waitlist form. It is stored in our database and used to contact you about early access.
• Basic usage data - page views and aggregate traffic patterns - collected through Vercel Analytics. This does not use cookies and does not identify you individually.

We do not collect payment information on this site.

3How We Use It

When you join the waitlist, we send a one-time confirmation email through our email provider, Resend, and notify our own team internally so we can follow up with you. Your email address, and the HubSpot tracking cookie described below when you have accepted it, are also recorded in HubSpot, the tool our team uses to manage outreach. We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not use it for advertising on other sites.

4Cookies

This site sets one cookie, from HubSpot, and only after you accept it in the cookie banner. Declining keeps it off. See the Cookie Policy for what it does and how long it lasts.

5Who We Share It With

We share waitlist data with the vendors that run the service on our behalf, and with no one else:

• Neon - hosts the database your email address is stored in.
• Resend - sends the confirmation email.
• HubSpot - records the waitlist contact and, if you accepted it, the tracking cookie, for our outreach.
• AWS - hosts this site.
• Vercel - provides aggregate, cookie-free analytics.

Each of these vendors processes data only to provide their service to us, under their own privacy terms.

6How Long We Keep It

We keep your email address on the waitlist until early access ships and you have been contacted, or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first.

7Your Choices

To have your email address removed from the waitlist, or to ask what data we hold about you, email us at hello@kibbu.io. We will act on the request promptly. You can accept or decline the HubSpot cookie from the banner at the bottom of the screen, and change your mind at any time through your browser's cookie settings.

8Security

Your email address is stored with our database provider and is never logged in plain text in our application code. Access is limited to the kibbu team.

9Children's Privacy

This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

10Changes To This Policy

If what we collect or how we use it changes, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Continued use of the waitlist after a change means you accept the updated policy.
